Custom Pet Portraits
& Fine Art Commissions

Every piece is drawn by hand, original, and built around your vision. No templates, no AI, no shortcuts — just original art made to last.

The Work

Your Pet. Your Story.
Their Character.

These aren't pet portraits in the conventional sense. They're character studies — your animal rendered with the same care and illustrative depth that goes into large-scale tattoo work. Whether it's a straightforward portrait capturing personality and likeness, or something more conceptual — a cowboy, a Victorian aristocrat, a rock star — the idea starts with who your pet actually is and grows from there.

Commissions are open to everyone, not just tattoo clients. Each piece is discussed individually before any work begins. Medium is chosen based on the project — what serves the image, the scale, and the mood.

Custom Illustrated Pet Portraits

Straightforward or conceptual — lifelike likenesses and character-driven compositions. Each portrait is original, hand-drawn, and one of a kind.

Fine Art

Fine Art Commissions

Original paintings, illustrations, and mixed media works. Custom pieces developed collaboratively — subject, scale, medium, and concept all discussed before work begins. Work has been exhibited at Modern Eden Gallery in San Francisco and La Luz De Jesus Gallery in Los Angeles.

How It Works

The Commission Process

Every commission starts with a conversation. There's no standard package — each piece is priced and planned individually based on complexity, medium, and scale.

01
Reach Out

Send an inquiry with your idea — what you're envisioning, who or what the subject is, and any reference photos you have. The more detail, the better.

02
Discuss & Plan

We'll talk through the concept, size, medium, and direction before anything is quoted or started. Some ideas evolve in the conversation — that's part of the process.

03
Create

Work is drawn and painted by hand. Turnaround is typically one to two months, though larger or more complex pieces may take longer. You'll be updated along the way.

04
Deliver

The finished piece is yours — original art, signed. Available for pickup at Remington Tattoo in San Diego or shipped depending on scale and medium.
